Reminder that 2017 subdivision dues must be post-marked by Friday, March 31!

Not receiving an invoice is not an excuse to not pay your dues—call the Board at 734-448-1312 to request another invoice. Look for reminder signs at subdivision entrances. Mail your dues to: Brookside Village Homes Association, PO BOX 87326, Canton, MI 48187-1536.

Thank you to all our conscientious homeowners who mailed in their dues payment before the due date! Your efforts are MUCH appreciated!

2014 ASSOCIATION DUES March 31, 2014

If you need another copy of your invoice, please leave a message at (734) 448-1312 or send an e-mail to brooksideaccounting@yahoo.com. Please indicate your lot and phone number on your check or money order. 2014 Homes Association Dues are $53.00 for the year—the same as last year.

Please pay your dues by or before the due date. If 2014 invoices are not paid by the due date, a late fee of $3.25 will be assessed, and all future collection efforts will be charged to the home owner.

If you did not pay your 2013 dues, or there was a cumulative unpaid balance prior to 2013, your property will have been accessed a 6% interest fee on your unpaid balance as of December 31, 2013. This amount will be reflected on your 2014 invoice.

To those of you that paid your dues before the March 31st deadline, Thank You! We really appreciate your efforts!

2012 ANNUAL DUES May 2, 2012

Annual Dues were due by March 31. If you have paid—thank you! For those of you that haven’t paid, a second billing notice was mailed in early April. Your dues plus late fees are due May 31st. If you do not pay your 2012 dues, or there was a cumulative unpaid balance prior to 2012, your property will be accessed a 6% interest fee on your unpaid balance as of December 31, 2012. This amount will be reflected on your 2013 invoice. Failure to receive a formal dues billing notice does not release the home owner from payment of annual dues, late fees, interest and possible liens. Please call 734-448-1312 and leave a message with your name, address, and phone number if you did not receive a dues notice.

Annual Dues: UPDATE May 3, 2008

The 2nd notice of annual association dues billing is being sent out during the first week of May and payment is expected by May 30th, 2008. Note: There is a late charge applied for those paying during this 2nd round of late billing. If you have not paid this final notice by May 30th, 2008 you are subject to a lien on your home, in addition to interest  and late fees.

Dues notices were delievered to your homes in early March. If you did not receive one, call 734-448-1312 and leave your name and address on the Community voicemail.

Failure to recieve a dues notice doesn’t exempt you from paying your annual dues, or any late fees, interest or having a lien potentially put on your house.

Payments received after March 31st, 2008 are considered late.
